Kathy, Charllotte, NC. Wrote: What a great surprise this shoppe is in Abingdon. We visited Abingdon during the Holidays and our Host & Hostess invited us to accompany them to a very dressy Party. I had nothing packed for such an occasion. The women at Persnickety were so nice and their personal service was excellent! They gave me the perfect look for the Party and I received several compliments on my outfit that evening. Thank you so very much! Kathy
