	Under the direction of the Town Manager, the Town Department of Planning provides professional work in updating, maintaining and administering the Town Comprehensive Plan and Town subdivision and zoning ordinances. The Department provides professional advice and technical assistance to the Town Planning Commission, Town Council, Board of Zoning Appeals, Board of Architectural Review and others with respect to overall real estate development, land use activities and community development policies and practices of the Town.
