The Town Engineer is responsible for reviewing preliminary subdivision plats to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the Town, the existing street system, and good engineering practices. This often coincides with, or is followed by, a review of sanitary sewer plans and erosion and sediment control plans for the subdivision.
